Paper Crafting Blog Hop - the Starlit Punch

Hello and Welcome to another fabulous Paper Crafting Blog Hop.

Hello if you've just arrived from Annette.  Make sure you keep hopping all the way around to see lots of awesome inspiration.   This month, the Spotlight is on Punches!!

My card features the fun Starlit Punch combined with the coordinating stamp set Stars are Shining.  These are the feature elements of my very simple pinwheel card and also can be purchased in a bundle for a discount!

I've used 4 different designs of the super cute Sale-a-bration Penguin Playmates paper for each of the sides of the pinwheel.

The facing sides of the pinwheel were stamped using the Stars are Shining stamp set and Misty Moonlight ink - these are the panels to be used for writing a greeting.

I've then added some more punched stars using the Starlit punch and stars stamped from Stars are Shining.

I've also punched stars from the Rose Gold metallic specialty paper.  The beauty of this fun card is that it folds flat to fit into your standard envelope!  The measurements for my card are 4 pieces of cardstock 10 1/2 cm x 10 1/2cm all scored at 7 1/2 cm.  The patterned papers were all 7cm x 10 cm and the white panels of cardstock are 4 cm x 10 cm.

Here's a video showing how I made this card.

I hope you're inspired!!

One tip I will share with you is that it's best to look at the punch when you're lining up the stamped image - that makes it much easier to punch all 6 stars!!

Up next on our fun hop is the talented Sue.

Here's the complete list of everyone in case you get lost along the way

You can see the Stars are Shining bundle here in our Mini Catalogue

Use your Sale-a-bration rewards to earn the Penguin paper FREE.
