Inspired by the Babies & Kids section CTC#257

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEING the CATTY!!

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit - and we love to CASE from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues which are just full of inspiration on every page!!

This week, we are CASEING from the Babies & Kids Chapter from our Annual Catalogue (just to mix it up a bit!!!), and I have been inspired by the cute rhino card on page 103.

I've used the same idea for the strips of DSP in the background, and the fully coloured title on the left side.

Instead of DSP, I've substituted the Mercury Glass Designer Acetate cut into strips behind my main image.

I've featured Christmas Gleaming as my stamp set of choice paired with Blueberry Bushel and Seaside Spray.

Can you see the similarities between my card and the catalogue card?  They are sort of similar!!!

Up next is the amazing Siobhan and her project inspired by this chapter!!

We really love it when you join in the fun with us too! Flip through this chapter in the Annual Catalogue and share with us what inspires you via our facebook challenge page!!!

  3. Those strips behind the baubles are quite dramatic, I may have to try something similar.

  5. This is gorgeous, Julia. Those strips of acetate look amazing. I love the way you've stuck to a simple colour palette with this. I'm a sucker for anything blue and white/silver so I really love this.
