Cute and Colourful CTC#254

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Selectively Edit or to Copy And Share Everything, and we love to CASE from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues.

No photo description available.

This week, the challenge is to CASE from page 22 of our holiday catalogue, which has some totally cute and colourful images to inspire us!  I've use that lovely 3 penguin card on the top right as my starting point for my card this time.

Instead of penguins, I've use the lovely Perfectly Plaid stamp set to create 3 trees stamped in Cherry Cobbler and the the leaves stamped using the great Golden Glitz ink.

I tried to take a couple of photos so you can see the gorgeous shine of the gold ink.......

but it was quite tricky to get the light right!!  The DSP comes from the Night Before Christmas DSP pack.

My final touch was a little piece of bakers twine that comes with the Tags and More Accessory Kit from the Annual Catalogue.

Up next is the wonderful Michelle and her very clever and pretty take on this challenge!!

We so love it when you join in the fun with us!  Are you inspired by the projects on page 22?  Please share your creative interpretation on our facebook challenge page and join in the fun with us!!

  1. I love your choice of the trees to replace the penguins. It is a really striking card.
