Combining two Catalogues CTC#256

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything, or to Copy And Selectively Edit, and we love to CASE from the amazing projects illustrated in our Stampin' Up! catalogues.

This week, we are CASEING a layout from our Annual Catalogue and then giving it a twist with supplies from the Holiday Catalogue.

My inspiration came from the front of the Annual Catalogue - see that Sailing Home card on the top row, 2nd in from the right?  I've cased the layout of this card to create a Christmas card using DSP from the Holiday Catalogue.

To keep with the horizontal stripe theme of the original card, I've embossed my Old Olive foil paper using the corrugated folder - embossing foil is just AWESOME!!  It always looks amazing!

My greeting panel has been super simplified from the original focussing on the gorgeous stamped image of the Gleaming Ornament, and the stamped greeting.

I've continued the stamped ornament using the Celestial Copper ink on the inside of the card as well.

This is one of our cards for our Card Buffet coming up - so it's really simple and easy to replicate!!

Up next on our hop is the amazing Michelle and super awesome sponging and totally adorable elves.

We would love you to show us your inspiration from our Annual Catalogue  with a Holiday Catalogue twist too!!  It's easy to add your project to our facebook lineup!
