CASE anything from our Retiring Catalogue CTC#231

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge!!

Our Challenge is to CASE the Catty - which means to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit from our Stampin' Up! catalogues which are packed FULL of inspiration.

This week is the LAST week of our current Annual Catalogue and the Occasions Catalogue, and so we can CASE ANYTHING!!!

If you've been watching the last few weeks, I've been on a scrapbooking journey, so of course, with the opportunity to CASE anything, I've chosen to CASE the layout on page 48 of the Occasions Catalogue.  I have wanted to use this scrapbook page for inspiration since the catalogue launched in January!!  So here it is......

I was totally inspired by the beautiful amount of white space and the great use of colour.
I've adapted the project to suit my photo on the beach by using the Swirly Scribbles thinlits and the cloud stencil from the Party Patterns Decorative Masks.

These sweet words are a couple of the stickers from the Big Plans Memories and More card pack.

The clouds were created using some shimmery white embossing paste, and Balmy Blue ink, and yes,  blue clouds are a bit unusual, but I think they work.........

I will say that sponging is NOT MY BEST talent, but I'm hoping the shapes and textures over the top will help camouflage the unevenness in the ink.  The only stamping on my page is the splodges from the Swirly Bird stamp set in Balmy Blue ink.

Up next on our final CASE for this catalogue is the amazing Rebecca and her gorgeous colouring!!

How about joining in for our very last CASE from this catalogue?  And the challenge is the easiest yet!!  CASE anything!!  Let's send off the old catalogue with a great harruh!!!
