Stunning Painted Seasons for CTC#218 Sale-a-bration

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge.

Our challenge is to CASE the Catalogue - Copy And Share Everything or Copy And Selectively Edit from the amazing inspiration offered in our Stampin' Up! catalogues.

No photo description available.

This week, the challenge is to again CASE from our Sale-a-bration catalogues - which includes our new add-on leaflets with some GORGEOUS new products from the Painted Seasons Suite.

I've used the lovely Painted Seasons Stamp Set and the beautiful Country Floral Dynamic embossing folder and I've been inspired by these two projects illustrated on the centre page of the extra leaflet.

I"ve coloured the embossed details  using the inspiration from the photo on the right.  I embossed onto vellum, and then turned it upside down and watercoloured with ink and my aquapainter on the reverse side of the vellum - when it was turned back the right side, the colours are more subtle and my messy watercolouring looks a bit neater (teehee).  My layout was inspired by the card in the centre of the picture on the left with the Painted Seasons flowers on the side of the greeting.

The Well Written framelits are new to me, so I just had to use them for my greeting - I can see why everyone is loving them so much!! So useful!!

This beautiful stamp set is just glorious to create beautiful images with!!  I love the distINKtive image they create!  The colours I've used are Flirty Flamingo, Granny Apple Green and Pineapple Punch.

Up next is the amazing Siobhan.

We love to see your creations too when you join in the fun with us at our facebook challenge page.  Share what you've created inspired by the Sale-a-bration catalogues this week!!

Until Next Time,
Happy Stamping,
Love Julia  x
