Something Sweet SUO#186 Cool Treats

Hello and Welcome to SUO Challenges - using Stampin' Up! Only products!
This time the challenge is Something Sweet!

I'm on the team at SUO!
And you will see some STUNNING inspiration for you with our Something Sweet range of ideas and projects on our blog from the design team.

I've gone for a Sweet icecream card for the icecream lover in our family who is having a 17th birthday soon!

Cool Treats and the coordinating Frozen Treats framelits are so much fun to use!!

The colours for this project are:  Pacific Point, Tempting Turquoise, Pool Party, Lemon Lime Twist, and Sahara Sand.

And the dimensions for my card are (in Australian measurements):
The full length of the card stock x 10.5 cm and then scored along the long side at:  14cm, 20cm, and 27cm.  Each of the whisper white stamping panels are:  10 cm x 13.5cm, 10 x 5.5, 10 x 6.5, 10 x 2.

And while I was feeling sweet, I created a gorgeous little gift box full of yummy treats too!!

This project features our lovely acetate boxes, and I've embossed the front cover with the hexagon embossing folder for some interest.

The old olive card stock inside measures 16cm x 6" and
it is scored at 1.5cm, 13cm, 14.5cm, 26cm, 27.5cm.  I have folded it along the score lines and then slipped it inside the box.  The contents hold it in place.
I put 12 little candy bars in 3 rows of 4 in the box.

The greeting comes from You're So Sweet, and it is mounted using the lovely Everyday Label Punch onto a glorious silver snowflake.

I hope you're inspired to join in the fun!!
Simply add your project to our lineup and show us Something Sweet!!
I'm on the team at SUO!

Until Next Time,
Happy Stamping,
Love Julia    x
