Bunches of flowers for Colour INKspiration #10

Hello and Welcome to another AMAZING Colour INKspiration challenge for you!!

Image may contain: plant, flower, outdoor and nature

Look at these amazing colours - Calypso Coral, Dapper Denim, Cherry Cobbler and Always Artichoke - with a dash of Wood Textures DSP (if you like!!)
Please make sure you hop around the whole design team to see the amazingness of these colours and projects - and hopefully you'll be inspired to join in the fun too and have a go creating with these lovely colours!!

Well, my inspiration is totally from the picture as well as those colours - I've gone with the flowers in a barrel idea!!  I've used the fabulous Wood Textures DSP and the Everyday Jars framelits to cut my 2 jar/barrels!!  I sponged the edges on both to give them a rounded look.

The flowers and fronds are all from the awesome Jar of Love stamp set which coordinates with the Everyday Jars framelits.

I created the image first and then mounted it on the Cherry Cobbler.  I was so impressed with the loveliness of the flowers in the jar barrels, that I wanted to make an Easel Card to show it off a lot more!!  The two toned flowers were created using the stamp off technique for the first layer of stamping, and then full ink for the top layer.

The greeting comes from the Thoughtful Banners stamp set and coordinating Duo banner punch.  This is a card to be used for any occasion!!
(secret, I was VERY tempted to leave the card with no greeting, but then I thought I'd better add something.......)

I hope you've been truly inspired to create with these colours and that you will add your project to our lineup for the challenge!!  You can easy add your photo to our facebook challenge page using the link above!!
And now it's time for you to hop along to the amazing and elegant Christmas Card from Nikki

Until Next Time,
Happy Stamping,
Love Julia   x
