Stampin' Up! Presents and Pines for CTC#100

Welcome to Sunday Night Blog Hopping with the wonderful Holiday Catalogue where we inspire and challenge you by CASEing the Catalogue - Copy and Selectively Edit - the projects in the catalogue for your creative inspiration.  This week, we are sharing from the lovely Presents and Pines Chapter.

And the other exciting new this week, is that this is our 100th hop - how FANTASTIC is that!!!!!

And I've been inspired by this lovely card on the left - which features elements from the Christmas Pines Suite and the Holly Berry Suite.

I really do love those Pretty Pines thinlits and the combination with the holly leaves looks great!!

My card is almost identical to the one in the catalogue - the only difference being that I used the Wonderful Wreath framelit for my central background piece.

And.......
because I love him so much, I just could not resist inking up the old Father Christmas again.  So I've CASED this card from page 23.

My card is a little more washed out looking (I've a feeling it's time to reink my Early Espresso Ink Pad - it's been getting a bit of a workout lately!), but I still love the 'old world' feeling of my card.
Two of my favourite things - watercolouring and vintage.

I've used the very useful White Stampin' Chalk Marker for the beard and fur trim.

Now it's time for you to continue hopping around the team. onto Kelly's cute little tag project, and make sure you visit Lou's blog - our guest designer this week!!

And jump into our monthly challenge too! We love to see your great creations.
