When I was creating my other card with Wonderful Wreath, I made an extra wreath - so I popped it onto another quick and simple card - easy peasy!!
The background is simply Woodgrain, and I used the lovely Merry from the Expressions thinlits too - a bit of bling and ribbon, and ohhhhh it's lovely
